Who we are Supporting

In the Game – the League Managers Association Charity

The LMA aims to increase funding, remit and visibility of the LMA charity and increase its contribution to the wider community. The charity is an integral part of the LMA’s commitment to helping former, current and future members and their families who have fallen on difficult times or find themselves in need of specialist care, advice or assistance.

The charity’s expenditure is currently split across five areas: A confidential helpline, financial contributions, medical expenses and mobility grants, education and coaching bursaries and grants, charity and community partners. In addition, the LMA’s charity works with a number of selected charity partners, linking the LMA members directly with important community and grassroots programmes.

GeeWizz Charitable Foundation

GeeWizz is a very special local charity, supporting children and young people in Suffolk living with a life-threatening condition, disability or cancer.

They literally change local lives each week by  helping fund life-changing equipment – such as bespoke car seats, electronic wheelchairs, mobility hoists and beds – that the NHS cannot fund.

They run their charity being 100% transparent, with every penny spent accounted for and where every penny makes a big difference.
